Why Athlone
My grandfather named his house Athlone, after the town in Ireland where his father was born. It was a way of holding on to where he came from, even as he built something new somewhere else.
In Irish, Áth means a ford: a crossing point where a river can be crossed safely on foot. It's somewhere you go when the path ahead isn't obvious and you need solid ground underfoot.
That felt right for what this is. Coaching isn't therapy and it isn't consultancy. It's a crossing point, a space where you can be honest about where you are, work out what's next, and move with confidence.
The name is personal. The work is personal. That's the point.
If that's the kind of crossing point you're looking for, start with a call.
